It is a rustic and old snack recipe which never went out of style. It is a children favourite.<br /><br />चना स्टफ्ड फिंगर्स - Chana Stuffed Fingers<br />Ingredients:-<br /><br />2 tbsp Oil<br />½ Mustard seeds<br />½ Cumin seeds<br />1 Onion (finely chopped)<br />½ Tsp Ginger-Garlic paste<br />1 Tomato (finely chopped)<br />½ tsp Turmeric powder<br />½ tsp Red Chilli powder½ ½ tsp Garam Masala powder<br />½ tsp Coriander seeds powder<br />Coriander leaves (finely chopped)<br />1 cup Black Chickpeas (boiled with Salt and Oil)<br />1 cup Water <br />½ tsp Salt<br />Oil (for deep frying)<br />Finger Fryums<br />Onions (chopped)<br />Coriander seeeds (chopped)<br />Farsan<br />¼ tsp Tomato Sauce,<br />a pinch of Chaat Masala<br />Farsan (for coating)<br />Chaat Masala (for garnish)
